Bands
What we look for in a band is that special team quality where competition enhances but doesn't overpower a tight performance. You will need to be well-rehearsed and easy to contact, with defined roles in the band. Most importantly, we need to hear you play live, so your audition should be ideally a regular venue where you feel comfortable playing. To succeed as a band, your image and market have to be clearly defined, and you should have some experience of live gigging. If you have a demo, we would like to hear this initially, but will still need to hear live performance to accept a recording or promotional package with you.
